Welcome to Divergers
If you are looking for a different perspective on how to solve problems or spot new opportunities, you are in the right place.
It's simple.
I problem-solve as a service.
Why ditch linear growth for quantum leaps?
I first came across this in . It stuck. It still shapes how I look at a business.
Most companies are on a three-to-five-year exit path. Keep the system. Grow steadily. Hit the number. Leave. That is linear growth. It works. It is also limited.
I ask what happens if you stop treating that path as the only option. With the right moves, could you take more market share, grow faster, or reset your position in the category? Especially now, when AI is changing what is possible.
A is a step change, not another percentage on last year. Linear growth feels safe. Safe often hides a large .
The alternative is disciplined but ambitious. Clear roadmap. Controlled risk. Fast enough to act when a real opening appears. Growth in jumps, not inches.
Fear and usually block it. Once those are out of the way, linear growth often looks less like a ceiling and more like a comfortable habit.
So drop the f*cking ego and book a call.
Here is what I am building
people are often written off as problems or misfits. What business owners miss is that these are often the exact people who can bring a perspective the room has not seen yet.
I have met people from every background and most corners of the world. Again and again, the ones who are neurodiverse are either incredibly sharp at solving problems or incredibly good at spotting patterns.
I am turning that into an opportunity. An opportunity for people with ADHD to put those skills to work on problems they already love solving. And more importantly, an opportunity for businesses willing to drop the ego and open up to a more divergent approach.
Right now it starts with me. I have a real passion for figuring out how this grows into something much bigger.
How I work
I am scattered by nature. I jump in and give everything my all. There is method in that madness. The method is simple: I solve problems as a service and you only pay on success.
Before I recommend anything, I need to understand:
From there I figure it out. Systems first. Then the leap.
I say what I see. No softening. No theatre.
Linear growth feels safe. Safe can still be expensive if a bigger path was available.
Over half of what I spot shows up again and again. Different companies. Same patterns.
Do not take my word for it. Here is what people say.

What I look at
Most consultants specialise in one silo. Businesses do not break in silos. I read the whole thing first, then go deep where it hurts and where a leap is possible.
01
Where decisions stall, who actually holds them, and what nobody says in the meeting.
02
Money already earned but lost: leads that decay, quotes that go quiet, pricing left on the table.
03
Where people are doing machine work and where machines should be doing more.
04
Why the market cannot tell you apart, and what the category is about to become.
05
The small things the business quietly runs on. Where risk hides and opportunity compounds.
How I think
01
I try to think outside the box on purpose. Innovation is the number one driver of growth. If the room is remixing last year's deck, I am looking for the angle nobody is saying out loud.
02
I trust intuition more than most people like. When everyone follows what the data says is safe, making your own bets on high-probability upside is often less risky than it looks.
03
Find the actual constraint. I can be pretty harsh here. Sometimes the real problem is not what you wanted to hear.
04
Spotting what is out of place, or what has not been recognised yet. Someone once called it a magic window. Seeing through a frame other people do not have access to, so they never see it.
What I offer
Simple offers. One size never fits all, so feel free to make a general inquiry and I'll see where I can help.
01
The full read. Document plus conversation. Problems and opportunities, said plainly.
02
Ongoing access. Hard calls, second opinions, and a brain that is not inside the building.
03
When the fix needs hands: operating systems, AI employees, and conversion systems through the group.
04
Where AI actually changes the business model, not a slide of tools someone already bought.
05
A defined block of time on a specific problem: pricing, positioning, hiring, or a stuck launch.
P.S. I only charge for value. If I do not spot anything significant, I do not charge.
My companies
Right now I am scaling The Agntcy as well as After5 Digital. Both companies focus on systems and lead conversion. My background is digital marketing and strategy across both. I help clients move forward with digital innovation, and figure out where AI should fit and where it should not in their growth plans.

Who I am
I'm Louis. A 21-year-old Gen Z founder based in Dubai, originally from Guernsey in the Channel Islands. Co-founder of The Agntcy and After5, which we are scaling right now. Looking to move into more industries with a focus on aviation and defence.
My passions sit around positive impact, motorsport, aviation, and anything with adrenaline.
My interests: history, language, travel, philosophy, entrepreneurship, longevity, conspiracy theories, and getting obsessed with something new every month.
What I want to do more of: solving problems in businesses.
